Bank transfer is a manual process. User will request for withdrawal and admin have to process the request manually. For PayPal withdrawal, you have to create PayPal Client ID and Secret Key via PayPal dashboard. Could you please explain how to get the WooWallet menu appear under My Account page as it’s not appearing despite the permalink refresh? I also have a pre-sale question and a feature request.
By default, there should be a wallet menu on my account page. Please check if there is any plugin or theme conflict.

For withdraw to bank account yes it depends on payment gateway.

This is not possible because the wallet payment method only works on the current logged in user. So you have to manually deduct the amount from user wallet.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you are right the withdrawal plugin does not rely on WooCommerce refund process. But currently, our withdrawal plugin only supports PayPal and bank transfer. If you want to add WeChat and Alipay payment support then we have add some custom coding.

Sorry for the delay reply. Its a wordpress permalink issue, Please try to update WordPress permalink structure from wp-admin > settings > permalink and just hit the save changes button.
