    I identify a problem:

    When a customer adds balance to their wallet using an offline payment method, such as an account deposit, the balance is added automatically. I have checked that the status of the order is in “processing” and despite that the balance is added.

    The correct thing would be for the balance to be added to your wallet just when the order status changes to completed.

    Can you check please?
