    Hi,

    I am using iPay88 payment gateway for my Woocommerce site, where it connects all Malaysia online banking and credit card options. So if customer chooses to top up amount on his/her wallet, can he/she checkout using iPay88 payment gateway?

    Also, how does the withdrawal via bank transfer works for admin site? Can you explain?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. Yes, customer can top-up wallet using ipay88 payment gateway. Regarding bank transfer using our withdrawal plugin that is a manual process, customer can request for withdrawal and admin have to transfer the amount manually to the customer bank account and mark the request as completed.
