    Suppose free shipping from 600 rubles.
    The client picks up the goods at 600 rubles.
    The client uses the money from the wallet and his order amount becomes 550 rubles.
    But free shipping still works, you need to turn off free shipping if the amount using the money from the wallet is less than the minimum amount for free shipping

    WooCommerce free shipping works on the order subtotal that’s why free shipping is available if the partial payment enabled.
