    Hello!
    1. How to make sure that cashback is not credited for products that are sold on a promotion and where a coupon is applied. ?
    2. How to make it so that on the checkout page you can specify how much to deduct from the wallet account. (example: our client has accumulated 400$ cashback in 2 years and would like to use only part of the amount (100$),
    now, on the site, when choosing to pay with a wallet, the entire amount is withdrawn)?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. By default, our plugin will consume the full amount from the wallet but we can modify our plugin code using our plugin hook and filters. and for the first point, you can bypass cashback calculation using our plugin filter process_woo_wallet_general_cashback
