Is it possible to create conditions where the coupon can be used based on the total monthly Topup amount?

For example, If user has reached a Topup amount for 1000 USD in one month, then a coupon will grant +10% (100 USD)

In general, I was interested in the Cashback Reward Program, but I came to the conclusion that this program can’t be variated based on different Topup amounts.

I want to make a system in which customers can be rewarded based on single Topup amount or monthly amount. For example, if Topup is 1000 USD, then the customer gets a reward of 10% (100USD). If Topup is 5000 USD customer gets a reward of 25% (250USD) and so on. It can be automatic or achieved by WooWallet Coupons extension.

Is this possible?
