Hi, I just observed that WCFM tries to Refund to Customers when we approve a refund request to it’s original payment mode. And leaves error when automated refunds aren’t possible. I am usually facing this error because I have added some Payment Method which does not support such API Parameters.
Refund works flawlessly when a customer pays via Wallet (Website Wallet). I am
using the TeraWallet plugin.
I contacted WCFM Support asking them for making it possible to initiate all Refunds to User Wallet irrespective of his/her payment method.
They told me to Contact TeraWallet.
