    I have integrated the WOO wallet withdrawal plugin to my WOO commerce. Since then, my WOO wallet has been allowing customers to place an order even when they did not have money in their wallet, and after it will put their balance as debt, which means they are owning the system for placing order, this is dangerous to the nature of my business.

    Also. The WOO wallet withdrawal plugin is not functioning at all and not properly set up,

    It does not send any notifications to admin for any withdrawal request and it does not mandate an account details to be set up firstly before making an withdrawal request.

    This plugin is really a mess to me . I purchased this plugin to serve good purpose but reverse is the case ,I even contact the developer through email but I was ignored with no response, this is really disheartening. I call for full refund of my money if this problem can’t be fixed as soon as possible.

    Sorry to hear form you that you have faced such an issues with withdrawal module. We are checking the errors in our local environment and will update the plugin as soon as possible(2 – 3 days). Thanks for submitting the issue.

    Hi,

    We have tested this can’t find any error (If there is no balance in user wallet then the user will not have the wallet as a payment option)

    For notification and bank account details validation we will update the plugin as soon as possible.

    Okay, I will be awaiting the update soonest, and please, note the the notification should contain user account information and account details. And also, customer should be aware of the the withdrawal charges before placing the withdraw request. This areas is also important.

    I have tested it again,and it does allows the user to place order without balance although what happened before was that the single transaction some customers placed will duplicate and therefore making the other duplication as debt in their wallet, the original transactions will be debited from their WALLet while the duplicate will retain their wallet balance as debt because they are owning the system since they did not have funds for the duplication, this error has happened like 5 times on my website and it was after I installed your plugin.

    Also, when u are doing the update, make sure that the user can be notified too when withdrawal request has been sent and completed

    Thank you, I have installed but am trying to test it, when I click on withdrawal on my wallet area, it will tell me page not found

    Please update permalink structure from settings > permalink

    Thank you, there are quite number of changes on the plugin ,that commendable. But I noticed it did not send notifications for withdrawal request to the admin but only to the user.

    It also send notifications to admin when new withdrawal request made.

    Have tested it again, it did not send to me, Or is there any way I can set up the admin notifications area
