    Hi,
    I just started using the WooWallet and added the withdrawal extension, but when Im trying to approve a withdrawal im getting this error: ”Unable to approve request please check log file for more details.”.

    Where can I find this log? I’ve looked in ”Woocommerce” -> ”Status” -> ”Logs”, but I cant find anything there from this date (I tried to approve 4-5 times today, and I have enabled ”logging” in TeraWallet settings).

    Please enable debug log from TeraWallet > settings > Withdrawal options tab.

    Hi,
    No I didn’t, but is that necessary? We use Stripe, and the Stripe credentials are filled out. When a user will withdrawal, can he/she withdraw to a PayPal account, or can the wallet only handle Stripe to Stripe for example? Or is it possible to withdraw from out Stripe to the users PayPal?

    You selected PayPal, stripe and bank transfer but didn’t set up your Paypal credentials which is why customers will not withdraw via Paypal. You need to fill up your Paypal credentials else you can disable Paypal withdrawal.

    Okay so if I as admin only uses Stripe, the users can only withdraw from Stripe? I mean, they cant withdraw with PayPal unless, I connect my PayPal account? If I only have a Stripe account, my users cant withdraw with their PayPal?

    Yes if you configure PayPal then only your user will withdraw using PayPal.

    Im sorry, that was not what I meant. I will try to explain it in another way:
    I as admin, uses Stripe, so I have added my Stripe credentials in the backend (wp-admin), but one of my users do not use Stripe but PayPal, so he/she will fill in their PayPal e-mail (in the frontend under wallet), so they can withdraw their money. Will this work? Or if I as admin only uses Stripe, do the users have to use Stripe as withdraw option, to get their money?

    So to break it down: Will Stripe (admin) to PayPal (user) work?

    No, if you setup stripe PayPal users will not be able to use that.
