    Hello,

    we are not using PayPal, and we are using WeChat and Alipay payment gateway, and We can make deposit to wallet successfully.

    Unfortunately, our payment gateway does not support refund now, in this case, with withdrawal work ?

    I am not sure withdrawal rely one the refund function of payment gateway, would you please clarify?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you are right the withdrawal plugin does not rely on WooCommerce refund process. But currently, our withdrawal plugin only supports PayPal and bank transfer. If you want to add WeChat and Alipay payment support then we have add some custom coding.

    Sorry but this plugin is not supported by WooWallet withdrawal.
