Hi,

Withdrawal to bank account is manual process user can request for withdrawal and you have to transfer the fund manually to the user bank account and mark the withdrawal as completed. Regarding PayPal withdrawl please make sure you have configured PayPal details correctly in TeraWallet > settings > withdrawal tab and let us know.
